Svetlana Baluyeva

Chief Accountant

Svetlana Baluyeva was born in 1960 in Perm, Russia.

She is a graduate of Perm State University and has a degree in Accounting.

She began her career in 1977, and has been in the telecom industry for over 23 years, since 1986.

Svetlana Baluyeva joined Uralsvyazinform in 1994 as a deputy chief accountant.

She was assigned Chief Accountant in 2004.
