Valery Chernyshev

Deputy General Director - Economics and Finance Director

Valery Chernyshev, PhD was born in Kunashak area of Chelyabinsk region in 1951. He graduated from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Automated Systems. He defended his PhD Thesis in 1983.

1974-1991 Mr Chernyshev worked as an engineer, post-graduate student and associate professor at Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute.

In 1991-1995s Mr Chernyshev worked as Senior Deputy Chairman of Economic Committee of Chelyabinsk city administration.

He joined Svyazinform of Chelyabinsk region in 1995 and worked as Deputy General Director until 2002.

After merger with Uralsvyazinform, Mr Chernyshev worked as Deputy Director – Director for Economics and Finance at Chelyabinsk Division of Uralsvyazinform.

Since June 2005 he has held the position of Deputy General Director – Director for Economics and Finance.
