Dmitry Samoilov

Deputy General Director for Corporate Development

Dmitry Samoilov was born in Perm in 1962. He is a graduate of Perm Polytechnic Institute and has a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction. He also attended post-graduate courses in 1989-1992.

In 1992-1996 Mr Samoilov worked for EKS Limited (OOO) as Deputy General Director.

He was a deputy of Perm Regional Parliament

In 1997-2000 Mr Samoilov worked for Perm Regional Administration, including in the positions of Deputy Chairman of State Property Committee, and Deputy Governor of Perm region.

Mr Samoilov joined Uralsvyazinform in 2001, and has held positions including deputy head of of strategic planning department, Director of Property and Non-Production Investments Department.

Since 2003 he has worked as Deputy General Director for Corporate Development of Uralsvyazinform
