Facts, which caused non-recurrent increase of the Emitter’s net profit for more than 10 percent:

• growth of sales profit , which was caused by incomes of usual kinds of Company’s activity. The main inflow of incomes came from cellular communication, Internet services and data transmission;
• the growth of other incomes caused by the indemnification of versatile communication services rendering.

Occurrence date of occurrence of the which caused non-recurrent increase of the Emitter’s net profit for more than 10 percent: III quarter 2008.

The Issuer’s net profit for the reporting period, which proceeded the accounting period when the corresponding events did happen: the net profit for II quarter 2008 made up RUR 831,342,830

The Issuer’s net profit for the reporting period when the corresponding events took place: the net profit for III quarter 2008 made up RUR 1,251,063,901

The change of the Issuer’s net profit in absolute and percentage terms: 419,721,071; +50 %.
