Uralsvyazinform is consistently seeking to enhance the governance processes through optimization and effective distribution of competencies of the Board of Directors. The four Board’s Committees, formed in 2004 has since contributed to Board’s efficiency and quality through the an in-depth preview of committee-specific matters, working out of recommendations for the Board to take final decisions.
